Dyrham Park Golf and Country Club are looking to recruit a Wedding and Events Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time to include either Saturday or Sunday, in line with the needs of the business

Reports to: Head of Marketing and Events (Primary) and Senior Wedding and Events Coordinator (Secondary)

Dyrham Park is an exclusive Private Members Golf and Country Club looking to recruit a Wedding and Events Coordinator to our busy Events  Team. Suitable candidates will be organised, flexible with a strong work ethic and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Event enquiries
  • Event and Golf Day administration
  • General administrative duties
  • Client face-to-face meetings

Skills

  • Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach to working as part of a team
  • A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Confident with excellent customer-facing skills

Experience

  • Proven administration experience
  • Events and Golf Day experience desirable but not essential as training will be given
  • Customer service environment

Knowledge

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • IT literate with knowledge of MS  Word, Excel, PowerPpoint, Outlook
  • Understanding of corporate social media
  • Knowledge of golf would be useful
