Job Title: Chef de Partie

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving the Club's menu to a high standard
  • Maintaining food hygiene and health and safety standards together with relevant administration
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Maintaining correct storage of food
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment

Attitude and personality:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive hands-on approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility and a can-do mentality
  • A determination and willingness to do what is required to get the job done

Personal appearance & uniform

  • Be well presented at all times when working in the club
  • Demonstrate excellent standards of personal hygiene
  • Adhere to and enforce the Club’s Uniform Policy

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience of working in a busy kitchen is essential however further training and development will be given in-house
  • Required: Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering Course
  • Preferred: Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene
